Shipping policy

Shipping Information 

We offer shipping to many countries globally. Shipping availability,  costs, and options will be automatically generated and displayed during checkout. Shipping times will vary depending upon your location and shipping method selected. 

We currently are fulfilling orders from ShipBob Warehouses in the Netherlands & in the USA. Orders will ship from the warehouse with onhand inventory with the lowest tracked shipping cost. Currently all Legends Premium Boxes are shipping from the Netherlands.

IMPORTANT: Processing Times 

Orders placed for our pre-order products will ship on or around the date provided on the product's page unless unexpected delays are encountered. Pre-order products often take 4-8 weeks to produce and prepare for shipping.

Please expect the following delivery times for shipments:
US Orders: 1-2 Weeks 
EU Orders: 1-3  Weeks
Outside of EU/US: 3-6 Weeks

We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. 

Custom Fees

Your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) upon delivery. The standard international shipping charges you pay to Kolex only covers the shipping cost and does NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties.

The customer is responsible for paying these fees. If payment of additional fees is refused at the time of delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. At that point, we can refund your purchase price, not including shipping costs.


Please note that we currently do not ship to the following countries: US Sanctioned Countries, Brazil, China & Ukraine.

Returns

Returns information can be found in our returns policy. If you want to make a return you must contact support@kolex.gg before sending the product back to us. Any products we receive before requesting a return will be denied.
